Great location. Not overly touristy. Many things are walkable. Cute downtown area that has fun shops a few places to eat, something for everyone and dont forget the gorgeous beach views!

Quiet and very residential! Cape Neddick is pretty with the Nubble light house! Limited dining options (Stones Thrown, Bar Next Door, York Beer Co is nice too)!! To check out the Spa at the Viewpoint!

"I've been coming to York Beach pretty much all my life, both in season and out of season. This was my first time staying here at the Sunrise Motel and I can say everything was fantastic. From the communication to the room, everything was just great. The room was exactly how it was described, it was very clean and had a little kitchenette. Can not say enough good things about this place. Will DEFINITELY come back!!"
