"Shamiya was great at check, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, personable. My original room assignment had a leak from the above unit. Shamiya called in maintenance, decided it was best to change rooms and upgraded me to a suite. Loved my original king room, and the suite was even nicer. Great retro decor! Recommend Abacus with the utmost confidence. "
"This is a great property for those either traveling for business or visiting Braselton. The hotel is very very clean and modern. The staff is really friendly. Please see Joe the cook when you’re there. He makes the BEST breakfast and adds amazing positive energy to your day!

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Rivet House. The hotel decor was very cute, and the staff was both courteous and professional.
The rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also had dinner at the on-site restaurant which exceeded my expectations for both food quality and service.
The only downside is the location of this property. It’s in an industrial area and there are trains running nearby at night. They provide ear plugs which are helpful, and the rooms facing the front of the property fair much better with the noise. The difference was night and day.
Overall, I would stay here again when in the area. I suggest you do the same."
