"My only complaint this time was children running and jumping above me. I was floor two and I only stay 11 hours and I leave before 2:00am. The staff member at the front desk offered to go up to the third floor and speak to them but reminded quiet time wasn’t until 11:00pm. She did offer to love me however with as little time as I spend the moving rooms and my stuff was more of a hassle inconvenience."

"Our late check-in was quick - which was a positive- however once finding our 4th floor room, we had to return to front desk 2x immediately. First, because inner lock on door seemed to be set so we thought the room may have been occupied (it was not, thankfully). The front desk person was helpful and got the door opened quickly. Then mere minutes later had to go back down as there were no sheets for pull out bed (despite there being 5 people on the reservation). Sheets on one of the beds appeared dirty (possibly just stained). Didn't have the energy to go back down AGAIN for more sheets so the kids just made do on top. Breakfast was just ok, but with no bacon or sausage, it seemed lacking. We didn't stay long enough to use the pool or other amenities, so unsure how those were. Everything seemed dated, but otherwise it served it's purpose as a place to sleep. We will likely try a different hotel the next time we are staying in Indy like this."

"The staff were amazing! Surprisingly, we had the exact same room as we did almost one full year ago. The room is decently clean but floors weren’t as debris-free as I would hope. The shower edges were showing discoloration in the caulking (not sure if it was due to aging or cleanliness). The closet door was in need of adjustment as it was jammed to the point of needing to be aggressively yanked to open it. Last year, when we stayed, the most upper part of the wall above the bed (7’-8’ up the wall) had a couple strange stains. I thought we gad mentioned the stains last year but they were still there this year."

"Room was clean. Pillows a bit firm for my preference. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had decent options for a free meal. Did not use pool or hot tub, although they were busy. Hotel is older. Rooms have been remodeled. Worked for our budget. 1 night stay. "
