"There is no elevator that I saw there? The staff was a little rude. The breakfast was mid, there really wasn't anything there. One of the women preparing the food took the ladle and plate that it was sitting on and scraped the sausage and gravy off the plate back into the container of sausage and gravy. That was disgusting."

"If you are trying to book this hotel through Expedia, make sure that you show up 2 hours before check-in and that you call to see if they have received your booking. Because they did not receive mine and I had to stay there for 3 hours on the phone with Expedia customer service. Ended up not being able to stay. While there I learned that the elevator had been out since September 2025."

"The bathroom & room were clean. Some areas could use a little updating, ie...the bathroom ceiling could use a fresh coat of paint & a lamp shade was damaged. Breakfast was the bare minimum offered but it held us until we stopped for lunch. The desk clerk that checked us in was very nice and helpful with local dinner suggestions "

"This property was supposed to be near the interstate. It wound up being one hour off the interstate in the opposite direction. When we arrived, it was basically empty. The rooms had been renovated, but there was no closet or anywhere to hang our clothes. There was only enough towels for one person. The water was 25 minutes to get hot. The only thing the breakfast had was coffee and was supposed to be hot breakfast included. The only thing good about this property was the beds were comfortable."

"I had an excellent extended stay at the Holiday Inn Greenwood. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job as well—my room was consistently clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights each day was breakfast. It was always hot, fresh, and well-stocked, which made mornings easy and enjoyable. I stayed for over a month, and the team truly went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs. Their level of service made a long-term stay comfortable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Greenwood area, especially for extended stays."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. The shower did not work. I turned on the bathtub, but then when I tried to turn on the shower, it did not come out of the showerhead that was rust all over the toilet you could tell the building is old and needs to be redone.. you had people running upstairs all night long so I was up all night because I couldn’t go to sleep with all the noise from above me this was the worst thing I ever had and I will never come back as soon as I checked in they were rude as hell talking about give me your credit card, and they were dying their hair. She had a hairnet on because she just colored it black"
