"Constantly very loud, all hours of day and night. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed, but beyond that, it was clean enough. The mattress kept sliding off the box spring, which was unpleasant. The staff was alright. AC and heat worked wonderfully. They were easy to control. Good amount of parking.

"this chain is always my favorite to stay in san bernadino area, its a hidden gem, the staff is always very nice and welcoming, we have yet to stay long enough to use the kitchette but everything is always wonderful here, parking is easy and always available "

"Our daughter was at the nearby hospital waiting to be induced. We were able to get a few hours of peaceful rest before the baby arrived. The first room we were given had people hanging outside being noisy but they kindly moved us to a very quiet area. Very nice people. Extremely clean room."
