"There was no breakfast whole weekend. No pool or hot tub. No elevator whitch they should tell people. "

"Modern lobby and 24 hour coffee and chocolate bar. Good breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were all very friendly. "

"The room was too small bathroom xtra small I made reservations for a suite with a fireplace, that’s not what I was given. I was put on the second floor which was very noisy."

"My only issue is the fact that i reserved a jacuzzi room and I was they didn't have any when i arrived to the hotel. Not only did Expedia show available Jacuzzi rooms but so did Red Roofs actual website. At the very least they could have given me the heads up. I was also charged the rate for the Jacuzzi room. They employee blamed it on Expedia. I drove further and paid more expecting the room i paid for. "

"Room was clean. Shower drain was at least partially clogged as the tub had a few inches of water in it after showering. There’s an exhaust fan in the bathroom but not switch to turn it on. It’s still clean but starting to show its age. And as Expedia members, we used to get a bottle of water and a some mints when checking in. Not so this time around. "
