"Not bad for the price but the rooms could use some updating. The bedside lamps both had rust on them, the A/C was extremely loud and the furniture showed a lot of wear. My only real complaint would be the terrible pillows on the bed, there were five pillows but they were all the size of small throw pillows rather than normal bed pillows. Overall this isn't a bad hotel and the price wasn't bad. "

"Our time at the Holiday Inn Express is always very pleasant, last night we stayed in Gainesville Texas visiting our daughter and tonight we will be attending the one in Decatur Texas. Very wonderful experience every time. Very knowledgeable staff, breakfast is always hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. Thank you, John and Michelle McAvoy."

"The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy keeping us awake all night. The towels were like sandpaper, The shower head barely worked and leaked If they would upgrade a few things this place would have potential "

"Room was really clean and air-conditioning worked great. Breakfast left alot to be desired. Not much choice. Coffee was out, except for Decaf and no yogurt. But overall great place to stay. "
