Great little Bavarian town with surrounding mountains. Great for active people or people who ski. We went in late March, so not that busy, but found a selection of good restaurants and the people were very nice. Lots of shopping and cool things to do

We arrived in Leavenworth during a heat wave, and were so glad that this town is built right next to the Wenatchee River. We enjoyed walking to all the amazing restaraunts, shops, and then taking a dip in the river. This town is a new favorite!

It feels like a small section of Disneyland that wandered off and settled in Washington. The entire town is totally all-in on the German theme and it is very charming. Leave your car at the hotel though; parking is extortionate around town.

Adorable Bavarian town, SO much to do you have to come back over and over, every season! Extremely family and pet friendly, dog water bowls at many shops and hotels...and for foodies? Never-ending!
