Newhall is a wonderful part of Santa Clarita with great weather, less precipation in winter, and convenient to everywhere. It is also near Main Street which is an interesting and relaxing dining area

Had business in L.A. and Iverson Ranch so never hung out in Newhall. As long as you plan traffic carefully, a GREAT alternative to staying in that nasty city called Los Angeles.

The old downtown area was nice! Several coffee shops, short drive away.
