"Coffee brewer did not work this morning - refrigerator in room hummed so loud had to unplug it - so noisy - some Noisey people loud late at. Night "

"The staff here is fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable and the prices are average. There is laundry room on the 2nd floor.There is plenty of parking spots available as well ."

"The hotel was very nice, but since the hotel centers itself between two busy streets, the road noise, even in our upstairs suite was horrible. If you build a hotel surrounded by busy roads, I would suggest that they put noise blocking windows, etc to help with the noise issue. "

"I received two key cards for Room 139; however, neither card worked when I initially attempted to enter. I returned to the front desk, where the staff reprogrammed the keys. After receiving the updated key cards, I went back to Room 139 and was able to open the door. Unfortunately, this led to a very uncomfortable and inappropriate situation, as the room was already occupied by another guest. Walking into an occupied room is a serious lapse in basic hotel procedures and raises concerns about both guest privacy and safety. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this experience was extremely unsettling and has left a negative impression. Due to this incident, I will most likely not be returning in the future."
