"I think the parking is ridiculous especially since I am handicapped and had to walk far or had trouble finding a place to park. I think all properties should have a spot for their room. Also the fact that our door was never fixed from the time we checked in till the day we left which made me not feel safe."

"Zero complaints. The condo was far beyond my expectations. It was spotless and had all needed essentials. The resort itself was beautiful and the water park was excellent and never crowded or loud. Entire resort was very clean. The pools were huge and free of any trash, extremely clean. Seriously have zero complaints. Absolutely will be back."

"In room treasure hunt was great, kids loved the disco elevator, food was ok. Lots of maintenance going on, screw loose in door, staff not as pleasant as I would think for a kids/family focused resort."

"They gave me the internet password and the internet was not even on it was ridiculous to check in because after I had to rebook the stay they supposedly found the first one and then try to get a container of ice you couldn't because the machine was locked up so as far as staying there again it would never happen I would rather pay $200 then pay the discounted price to stay at stays in ever again I'm very disappointed"
