"Front desk is terrible. Charge and nickel and dime for everything. Proximity to KC downtown and city is not bad. The hotel itself was VERY clean and nice, breakfast was great. Amenities were good too. The Indian staff front desk was absolutely awful! They charged for every little thing and were extremely rude. I would not come back but we did enjoy our stay because of the nice hotel and breakfast. Quiet area for families and not many drunkards and partying going on. "
