"Well, for starters on the first day, the clerk gave us the key to the WRONG room and to our dismay we unlocked the door only to notice a suitcase and dirty towels on the floor no big deal. Everyone makes mistakes, however, on the next day upon returning to the hotel, we were met in the lobby, and the clerk told us that the elevators were out. This was not welcoming news, considering the fact that my wife and I are senior citizens and our hotel was located on the fifth floor to add insult to injury the next morning it was discovered that the air-conditioning was out and the temperature had risen to 82° and there was no electricity in the bathroom and we were thus forced to take an ice cold shower after having enough. We decided to check out and walk down the five flights of steps yet again to the lobby needless to say the free breakfast that normally comes along with the overnight stay was not available due to the fact there was no electricity in that portion of the hotel. After all of this the hotel manager refused to not only refund perhaps the one night stay but not any portion to compensate us for our inconvenience"
