"The shower water pressure wasn’t bad for a hotel and the water quickly got hot! The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered all the usual selections with a daily speciality item. Nice for a quick stay! "

"Room was not very clean. Hairs all over the bathtub and a dirty hoodie tucked between the bed and the wall. "

"We booked this hotel with breakfast included. When we checked in the said we didn’t have breakfast included and it was $21pp. Since we didn’t have breakfast we took our time in the am and when we checked out the woman said you’re leaving without taking advantage of the included buffet? We sat down for 5 mins cause we had plans to get to. Very disappointed. When I booked it didn’t say we had to pay for parking which we had to pay $12 for. We had a nice room but the bathroom shower kinda sucked and the panel under the sink fell off. We paid a decent amount to stay at a Hyatt and it was NOT worth it. "

"The sink drain backed up into the shower and left brown and black chunks in the shower. The pull out bed was stained with red liquid on the mattress. No one was available to bring bed linens up for the bed (there were none on the bed). Had to go down to the front desk and carry them all back up 7 floors. Our Marriott Bonvoy “welcome bag” Was a paper bag with 1 bottled water inside. Why even bother?"

"My kid had a major allergy to the dust and pet allergy. Wiping the bathroom floors with a towel and it was really dirty."
