"Splurging on this room at the Lenox in Boston was well worth it, We had been traveling the East Coast for a while, and this hotel is our top choice. The room was beautiful, the shower is incredible, and the coffee quality in the morning is equal to a luxurious Italian bistro. If I were to mention some things worth improving, it would be the size of the fitness center. Most centers are quite small, and one can do most exercises, but it would be nice to have a larger room. All of our needs were met, and the location allowed us to take advantage of the city and shopping locales around us. The staff was kind and helpful, asking me whether I'd like a bottled water as I made my way down to the fitness center in the morning (the center is just behind the front desk, downstairs). When we return to Boston, we'll make sure to visit The Lenox once again. "

"This is my third time staying at this property. It has always been enjoyable. The room's appliances were rather outdated, however, we had no complaints during our stay. It is well worth the convenience of being so close to the convention center - without the noisiness hotels can bring. Highly recommended!"
