"I have nothing negative to say this hotel was amazing. Great value,staff is great.
My room was clean plenty of free parking. We got into town a little early to enjoy the beach. The staff let me park there before I checked in. about one block from Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which was very convenient."
"Check in is at 3pm...everything was pretty quick in the lobby. They have a pool, and you can sign out certain things to play in the pool that was fun for the kids. Our coffee pot, it wasn't working and service. The maid service man, they were awesome. She was awesome. She immediately tried to fix the situation, cleaned it up. Couldn't fix it. So she got another coffee pot. I mean, she really was very sweet, limited english.But you could understand that she was trying her best and her best was great. The motel is very close 2, the boardwalk, which made it even better. You didn't have to drive your car. You could just walk literally less than 5 minutes to the arcade area for kids. Had a good time and the motel made it easy. Just as quick to walk to a sit down, breakfast had a great time. Thank you so much"
"The staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made.
Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. "
"I had a great stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and the customer service was excellent. Our two-bedroom suite was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. The only downside was the full-length mirror being in the kitchen entrance instead of the bedroom or bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient.
Breakfast was a highlight, especially making your own waffles. The area around the hotel isn’t the most scenic, but I felt safe. The SAP Center is nearby, which is very convenient.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"
"A very decent hotel with all the basics for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable but the walls are pretty thin so you could hear doors slamming pretty easily. We didn’t have time to have breakfast but it looked fine, we did appreciate that there was a 12pm check out. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. The parking isn’t that great, it is under the hotel for the most part but the spaces are very tight. It was tough getting out mid size Chevy Blazer into a spot where we weren’t squished or too worried about someone hitting our car."
