"Hotel location is close to Michigan ave and very convenient to local dining and attractions, unfortunately city is becoming unsafe and dirty, is not what used to be years back."
"This older, stately hotel of a more opulent era did not disappoint. The elegant, yet small room, was immaculate. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the ambiance. The hotel is in the middle of Chicago, close to the lake, yet the nightly price was very reasonable. Parking is directly across the street ( entrance is around the corner) and was very expensive. The breakfast is served in the in-house restaurant and was very good for included hotel breakfasts. The only negative we had: they do not serve decaf coffee!"
