"The stay at Franklin Guesthouse was perfect. The room definitely gave the feel of staying in an apartment. It felt like you were home. The amenities included within your room were more than a standard hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful when finding something within the area (i.e. restaurants, stores, etc.). I would consider staying here again when I visit the area in the future."

Our room was not cleaned on day 1 of 3 and there was a disgusting spot on the lounger/chair. The add on $25 fee which would be credited against on property purchases was unexpected, as was the extra charge to valet an SUV
