"First of all, the hallway had a strong urine odor. The bathroom in our room had no shower curtain, no shampoo, etc, just towels. We did not realize this until later in the day, after coming back from a round of golf and dinner. By then we were exhausted and in no mood to start waiting for housekeeping or switching rooms. Terribe experience!"

"Must have been under staffed over the weekend. Trash was full every where. The room I was first given had an alarm going off that you could hear from the room above so they gave us another room we had to move to. I was also surprised to see the pealing wallpaper in the rooms. Next time I think I'll save the money and stay elsewhere."

"The hotel is right around the corner from my mother in Heritage Village. I love staying here. The staff is friendly. It has a vintage hotel vibe to it there is an indoor and outdoor pool. You could swim up until dusk. And there’s a huge fitness center here with TVs that’s your game. There is a restaurant on site with a bar you can grab a quick beer and go back to your room and they do have takeout. I highly recommend this to any traveler."

"Housecleaning came around too early on day 2 of our stay (prior to 9 am). Day 3 we took down the 'not ready' sign by 8:45 am and again they did not service the room. At least I was able to get fresh towels and wash cloths at front desk in the evening. I understand there are a lot of rooms to clean, but we were out of the room pretty early for vacationers. It's the only aspect of the 4 day stay that was disappointing."
