The stairs on the back was a little slippery.. my husband felt ..so just keep in mind to check those stairs

Loved it! Our room was clean, quiet, and situated facing the wooded rear of the hotel. Our kids loved the pool, which was never crowded! Breakfast was more than a usual a la care hotel breakfast. Delicious and plenty of hot and cold to choose from. So relaxing!

What a delightful and welcoming idea! This was the first motel for any rent that gave me a "Welcoming Goody Bag" for just checking? I was really touched and I felt like a was visiting family. For going beyond any motel for making me feel welcomed - 5 Stars.

Clean, very well maintained room. Good breakfast: "ok" selection, very good quality.

Great breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Didn't have to go to the West Middlesex Dinner because the food was so yummy at the hotel. Pool was nice and clean. Hot tub was nice and warm. The exercise room was we equipped with machines, weights, medicine balls, TV. Night time was quiet and friendly guests.

This hotel was excellent. We asked to see the room since we definitely wanted no smoking. The manager said "Give them 103 because it is further away from the hot tub area." She said that the rooms further down the hall sometimes got smoke from guests outside. We walked into the room and it smelled wonderful. Not even a hint of smoke. Very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of food, plenty of variety. Hot and cold food.

We booked this motel on the way west and enjoyed the room and its reasonable price so much that we booked it again on our way back. Roomy room with useful appliances that comes with a nice free breakfast. Very close to the freeway but far enough that we do not hear it at night.

Every thing was nice and clean Great view. Good heat. Better than several I have stayed in, I used to stay 2 or 3 days A week away from home so I know more than I ever wanted to know about motel/hotels.

Front staff at check in was very friendly and accommodating. He offered a late check out for us because we only checked in at 3:30am. The only downside is that there isn't an elevator but that was posted on the website before we booked the room. Bedding was clean and it was an easy check out. Definitely worth the price we paid.

The people that work there was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay .

The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I travel almost weekly for business and have never had this level of customer care. Not only do they have a customer for life but an advocate for those in my network.

It was very roomy fit all my kids in very well what I didn’t like was the couch bed was ripped up I stayed in room right off the elevator on the 3rd floor

We thoroughly enjoyed the professional staff, excellent facility and good location! It will definitely will be our place of choice on our next visit to Northeastern Ohio.
