"This is the first time I've booked a hotel that "nagged" guests to leave early. I rented (2) rooms; one for me and one for my adult son. Our rooms were on the second floor, which we didn't mind at all. I'm unsure if there was an elevator, as the front desk person didn't specify. We tried to find one, with no luck, before hauling our luggage up via the stairs. Still, not a big deal. I was awoken at 8:30 by a text message from the hotel asking when I planned to check out. Keep in mind, check-out is 11:00 a.m. I filled out the "check-out" survey with the link they provided, stating I would be checking at 11:00 a.m. We needed rest after a long journey, and another one ahead of us. At 10:00 a.m., there were loud, persistent knocks on my door. I opened the door to a housekeeping member asking when I would be leaving. Initially, I thought it was my son, as he was staying in the room next to mine. I told the housekeeping member that I would be leaving in 20 minutes or so. He said, "That's fine. You still have an hour". Why did I submit my check-out time if it didn't matter to the staff? I don't understand a hotel rushing people out, especially for the price. Quite disappointed and will choose other accommodations so I can relax while traveling through next time."

"First, I want to state that the staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. That being said, our first room had ants all over the floor, dead and alive. Our second room had the security flap engaged and we couldn't even get in. Our third (and final) room was clean. The furniture looked new and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, did not have hot water coming out of the sink faucet. I was told that they are in the middle of renovations."

"The room was smaller but clean and well maintained the balcony was nice but starting to show wear. The view was amazing and overall it was a very peaceful stay. The mini fridge was pretty small but worked well enough for our week long stay. There wasn't onsite staff but they were very responsive and helpful and went out of their way to msg and make sure we had everything we needed and weren't having any issues and were very professional and friendly. Will definitely be staying there any time we're in the area."
