Great mountain with decent conditions, even with a lack of recent snow!

Keystone is beautiful. And unforeseen circumstances made our stay a little sour. Elevation affected my little one and it's pretty common if you read the reviews.

Of all of the epic hills, keystone is so family friendly. New bowl for 2024 was great to enhance skiing. Ease of getting around was great.

We have been coming to Keystone for many years and always love it. This is the first time we ever had an issue with not getting the type of room we reserved, but they resolved it quickly. Luckily, it was not peak season.

Keystone in Colorado remains a beautiful place to visit. Saddened that our vacation started out with an atrocious experience from the condo and property management company. We ended up moving hotels where the customer service there was fantastic.

Would be nice if more things were open but it is slow season so we understand,
"I loved everything!! Accommodations were on the money!!! The only thing I didn’t like was that everything shut down at 10pm. I wanted to stay up and enjoy more. Recommend to everyone, just realize the whole thing stops at 10pm including hot tub… "
"The hotel was great overall. We were disappointed in the bar/grill hours. The website listed hours 6am-12am which was not the case. We were hoping it be open because the dining options in the area are limited.

"Outstanding stay in historic home in keystone with beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We were given a tour when we arrived and offered use of a gorgeous fireplace (ready to light) and sitting room, but we decided to take a walk and sit on patio overlooking pond instead. We saw a moose, beaver, wonderful birds including hummingbirds. And breakfast was wonderful—great coffee, lovely menu, a wonderful fresh fruit salad, eggs made to order (great omelet option), bacon, sausage, potatoes, toast…such a treat. A hidden gem."
"Got a great deal during summer months, above and beyond quality-wise. Excellent rooms and amenities.
The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at.
The staff that checked me in were not only friendly but also helpful and accommodating.
I just booked another night solely because I HATE being harassed by housekeepers unless you are out at the exact check out time. This policy makes the hotel automatically a 5/5 in my book. "
"Although short, our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it was well supplied for cooking if we needed it. My wife was so impressed with the designer chef stove! The condo was very relaxing and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The location was stunning and we enjoyed walking on the paths to the lift and watching the mountain bikers. The jacuzzi and pool were great & pretty private due to the off season visit. Such a relaxing few days in the mountains."
