Everything is nice and new. Breakfast was on par with other holiday inn Express. We both had a good night sleep. It is what I expect from the brand.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and most of all it was a great room at an affordable price.

Doesn’t look like much from outside but everything inside was great for this level of motel. Breakfast as good as you can expect. Would definitely stay again.

Big fluffy pillows, warm thick blankets and a lovely little breakfast! It was just a stop-over for us on our road trip, but we were very comfortable.

Great place to stay. The free breakfast included hot food and not just the typical grab and go fare. This hotel also has excellent parking for trucks and trailers.

Staffs are friendly. Room is clean, but smells bad. Keep temperature down is the key to remove the small. Bathroom is so tiny. Bad sheets smalls not good. Towels are not clean.

Stayed here two nights in June 2026. Safe, clean, older place in a great location. Many dining options within walking distance. Continental breakfast is included and was the norm, cereals, waffles, juices, breads, eggs, sausage, bagels and cream cheese etc. My room had new appearing TV refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The owner, Mac and desk staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in The Industrial unit. This was one of our favorite stays on our 23 day trip. The decor is unique and so clever. The attention to detail in all is excellent.

We will be staying here again. Their breakfast buffet is worth every penny!

Good. Clean. Simple. Easy.

I have stayed at many different rooms in Sheridan, Burgess Junction, and Lovell. Budget Inn is my favorite now! The only small negative to me is on the back side the rooms are close to a working railroad track. Is owned by a family that works hard providing a pleasant stay, and improving the property. The wide parking spaces, the unique coffee cups and coffee, the oversized rooms, the cube plugins, the internet, the inner yard area, plumbing is older but works well, and the breakfast is great...
