"This was our second stay here (and last). The first stay was strange as it took u til after 5:00 to find a clean room for us. But this recent trip was worse. My niece was given a dirty room. The manager explained that the housekeeper left early. They were given another room (also not very clean). They chose to stay in that one but- when we arrived back from dinner there were three people moving their things into the room. They had given it to another group. It was eventually straightened out but it took another 45 minutes out of our visit. I’ll definitely choose other accommodations next time "

"The Best Western Grant Creek Inn is a very convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, plus easy access to and from the Interstate. Our rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Very clean room, but was surprised that for a newer hotel they did not have any USB ports in the walls or on the bedside lamp. No big deal, just had to go out and buy a wall charger. Other than that, GREAT STAY!"

"Beautiful room and very comfortable bed with an Updated bathroom. Staff was accommodating. Outside Pool & hot tub were out of order 😞. Would be nice if there was a small continental breakfast or coffee/hot water/tea was in the lobby were offered. "
