"Not quite, bed uncomfortable"

"We arrived late after a long day of events, only to find out that Embassy had overbooked their rooms, leaving us without 2 of our 3 rooms reserved. They did send us over to their sister hotel, for the same fee…. Which meant we went from a two room suite to a small one room stay… not quite the same thing at all for the same price! Secondly, we got a call the next morning telling us we needed to get out of our rooms, because they overbooked in that hotel, and they needed our rooms to be freed up for that night. We are usually very pleased with Embassy, but this was extremely frustrating and not at all the caliber of service we have grown to expect and receive from this chain. We have been Hilton Honors members for years, and this was incredibly disheartening."

"this place has everything! 24 hr snack and beverage bar, really nice washer/dryer in room, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with charming outdoor area, complementary breakfast, spacious rooms with chairs outside to relax, close to good grocery store, flower store, movie theater. it was very clean with helpful staff!"

"The hotel and staff itself are good. I do have an issue that you purchase a Parking Garage pass for $25 night, and then can't find parking in it, and have to go park elsewhere. The parking garage should be monitored more closely to allow the # of hotel guests that purchase the spots, to actually be guaranteed a spot! Totally ridiculous to have to drive around the whole place...just to exit and go elsewhere. OR...don't charge for parking to hotel guests...since parking is really not guaranteed! "
