"Hotel staff was AMAZING. We got stuck in Boston due to a blizzard and had to extend our stay. Every single staff member we interacted with was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. Having snacks and drinks available in the lobby as well as the bar with bar food was so convenient while snowed in since food delivery wasn’t happening. The lobby was spacious and nice. I don’t have a single negative thing to say."

"The hotel was clean from the parking lot to the rooms. The staff was awesome. I had to wait on information on my sister's vehicle and they kindly paused the transaction so I could take care of that. The lobby security later in the evening was also very personable and friendly. The rooms were pretty standard, beds and pillows were comfy, and the provided toiletries were terrific (makes it so much easier not to have to pack those things when traveling!). "I had a great stay here. The place is extremely clean, quiet, and very comfortable. My room felt cozy and “home-like,” and I slept really well. The location is excellent — the neighborhood is quiet, but you can walk to big stores like Best Buy, Marshalls, Target, Home Depot, and many restaurants. It’s also close to the Red Line, so getting to downtown Boston is very easy. Free parking is available on the street, except from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Daniel, the host, is very kind and welcoming....
