"ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone at the check in/out desk were especially helpful. The custodian was very kind. Alice at the breakfast lounge was fun to converse with. It’s close by so many restaurants and a walkable distance to a large Korean grocery store and WoodfieldMall. The bed needs updating. It was kinda sunken in the middle. I'd definitely book it here again when I'm in Illinois again. "
