"We gained a traveler last minute and the front desk staff was so helpful in giving us an option for a larger room. Even with a busy check in, the staff was helpful and efficient. Housekeeping was great at getting us extra linens and towels. The shuttle service couldn’t have made our stay easier. The hotel and room were clean and nicely renovated. We will definitely stay here again when in Houston for the stock show and rodeo."

"The room and hallways were very clean. The ac worked great. The only real issue was the elevator was broken. I am here for treatments and stayed in the second floor so it was not terrible, but if I had been any higher, it would be an issue. "

Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above.It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park."
