Why not roll the dice with a visit to OLG Casino Thunder Bay during your visit to Thunder Bay? Make time to visit the area's shops, or simply enjoy its top-notch restaurants.
Explore the rugged beauty of Sleeping Giant Provincial Park, where hiking trails offer stunning views of Lake Superior. Immerse yourself in local culture at Fort William Historical Park, a living history museum recreating 19th-century fur trading life.
Make sure you check out the Terry Fox monument. Google says certain hours but you can access it anytime. Only the tourist info closes. There are no Terry Fox souvenirs for sale there or anywhere that I could find.

Thunder BAy has a high crime rate, but it still comes across as a decent place to live as long as you have a car - the city sprawls. THe natural surroundings are spectacular, and there is a sprinkling of interesting buildings.

We had Lakeview but what I mostly seen were power lines. It was still nice I'm sure it's much nicer in the summertime and you can see the sleeping giant

"A very interesting historical building and it’s pretty cool that It’s still operating as a hotel. I was very comfortable in my room. The staff was friendly. I had noisy neighbours downstairs, but that’s no fault of the establishment. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Thunder Bay. "
"We were very impressed with everything about this facility. There is nothing to be said against it. The best place we’ve stayed since we began our journey. couldn’t ask for betterWould definitely stay there again!!!"
