"Check process was easy and staff was absolutely incredible dont change that. I even had interaction with the engineering team and they were amazing. The lobby was nice you can tell that it was a focal piece of the hotel. There was little details that need attention. First, the room we started in shower was coming out the wall, they responded immediately and moved us into another room, however that room shower also wont close well. So it looks as if that needs to be addressed or accessed in all the rooms. Rooms were nice but furniture was dated. It seems likes quality furniture so maybe just a good paint job or refurbishment would suffice. And the pool was closed but that wasn't a big deal at that time. We had dinner there in the restaurant again staff was A+. The food was okay. Loved the fries and my daughter liked her chicken fingers. But my burger you can tell was a frozen patties and it topped with fresh tomatoes and lettuces and jalapeños which is good but it made the frozen patty more noticeable and not for the right reasons. My daughter and i also had breakfast there. We purchased the breakfast package with our room so we only had to cover the cost for the drinks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit this hotel again. "

"This was a last minute booking because weather grounded my connecting flight. This hotel was very clean, everything looked new, staff were extremely friendly, and it had everything I needed. Bed was super comfortable. Food in the lobby restaurant was only mediocre but it was fine for an airport hotel. Highly recommend, no real complaints whatsoever. Oh and affordable, too!"

"From beginning tot end staff was exceptionally kind. The location is ideal a quick 20 min walk to Atlantic Center. There’s parking on property but cheaper lot is a block away. Close proximity to lots of great restaurants. And Piedmont Park."

"The room key didn’t work the first time, went back to the front desk. I told her that I could hear the tv on in the room so more than likely occupied. She gave us a new key and said try again. Back up the elevator and still it didn’t work. Third time a new room. The carpets are old and dirty both in & out of the room. Breakfast area clean and sufficient stuff to pick from."

"We arrived in the evening, our key cards did not work twice and we finally were able to switch rooms. The dining room was vacant, the bar was open. A small Caesar salad was $17 - really?! The 'snack' area had some food choices that did not include prices - so you would need to grab some items and then take them to the check-in to find out what they cost. The room was great and we slept well. They could do better on displaying prices for items they sell. "
