"Fabulous three days at the Westin Downtown Dallas. Staff were all lovely but Autumn at the reception desk was exceptional. Helpful and caring. Location is very good. We had a twin queen bed room which was a generous size. Would certainly recommend this hotel, with a note that the pool is indoor just in case you wanted to grab some sun."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were met with so much respect, care and love from every member of the staff. Jade was especially helpful at the front desk, and made our stay seamless. The valet professionals were very kind and welcoming. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great. Thanksgiving Square is across the street. DART is across the street the other way. There were plenty of restaurants, 7 elevens, and things to do and see within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly. I like that the elevator required a key card and that staff were outside of the property at all times. That really gave a sense of security. I would definitely stay...
