It's literally attached to the Prudential Center, so easy shopping is a short elevator ride to the lobby. The weather was dreadful while we were there, so being able to enter the Prudential Center without having to go outside was great. "Very centrally located to the Prudential Center, Newbury and Boylston with many shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Have stayed here many times and it's my preferred place to stay in Boston. Also, there is in and out parking if you get there early enough, which is very convenient"

"The staff were wonderful. We had a 2 queen room with club access. Having the club was great! The staff there were amazing! Shout out to Irene and her crew. Our beds were nice an comfortable and so is the location."

"The room was large enough to accommodate our family of 4, the queen beds are super soft and comfortable, pillows are plush. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, and shower was nice and warm, no lack of hot water. We used the pool located on the 5th floor, it’s one of the larger indoor pools you’ll find in a Boston hotel, my kids loved it. Great location with the Copley Mall attached and close proximity to the Copley T stop as well as the Back Bay T station, Newbury St shopping minutes away....
