Lovely place to stopover if you're taking the Ocean Road to Melbourne. Went to Logan's Beach and The Whale Sanctury. Can recommend going to RSL which has lovely views and good food.

Warrnambool does have a local bus service. The Vline arrives in time for lunch at RSL just up the hill. Train back to Melboune around 3pm. See ptv app. There are many accommodation options on booking.com etc.

After being there 5min we have booked in for a week in the new year we loved it
"This motel was quiet, rooms spacious staff excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. The air con. stopped working in our room the night before we were to checkout. Staff went out of there way to help us move to another room. "
"The townhome week stayed in was quite new, very clean, and beautifully set up. Our only issue was that the heating in the bedrooms downstairs did not work, nor did the tv’s in the bedrooms.
