"Wonderful stay! Clean rooms and a super comfy bed. Staff was so kind and helpful and we loved the continental breakfast provided. I also loved that they offered a yoga class (though we had to leave town early before the class was offered). It’s just a testament to their commitment to customer service and experience! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Santa Rosa!"

"The property was very cute. But no parking. Had to park on residential street. Inconvenient. The moment we opened the room door (room 117) we were overwhelmed by a very unpleasant odor. Mildew? The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable because they had no give. Better as a back rest, making it very difficult to sleep. Bad insulation as the people above us sounded like they were dragging furniture across the room (past midnight) Probably would not stay again."

"I had stayed there a few nights by the third night. My daughter-in-law had a medical emergency. Her appendix burst, and I was not able to stay there. I asked for a refund through Expedia. I also called and left a message with the hotel manager. He did not return my message. The TV in my room did not work. The tube went out all the pictures were distorted. The Internet Wi-Fi was intermittent. I finally had to go downstairs and get a hotspot. I now am going to dispute the charge on my credit card."
