Lisa Waldman was leaving for the day and she took the time to get on the phone with Expedia and figure out how to fix the problem. I highly recommend her and also the front desk manager Carol for doing an excellent job and finally getting us to our room"

"A great place to stay. Attentive staff. Clean and comfy rooms. I would recommend letting people know that there is a door with a ramp so that folks don't have to trek up the front stairs with their luggage. And also have signage around the walls from that area to the elevator. And from the restaurant to the elevator. One can get lost down there but staff was helpful! Love our stay!"
