"The Excelsior Magenta Hotel is probably the best option to stay in Magenta. Rooms are a bit small but nice and clean and well equipped. Reception is always helpful and courteous, and the two ladies running the breakfast room on the top of the building are wonderful, as is the breakfast they prepare. I travel a lot and only get to Magenta about once every 2 years, but each time this hotel is a highlight of my travels."

"Loved this hotel, almost a home rather than a hotel. We had a HUGE room and large, but narrow balcony. Set in extensive grounds with pool (closed when we were there) and with tennis etc. Breakfast was modest but good, Dinner was very good. But arrived when everything was closed so couldnt get lunch or dinner so had to find food elswhere."

"This was an excellent hotel, sadly the building has not been looked after. The staff do their best, but they can only do so much in the face of an obvious lack of interest in investing by the owners. The lifts were noisy and they don't all serve all floors. The rooms are secondary quadruple glazed, so it is very quite. The top floor swimming pool is a great idea, though 3/4 of the lights didn't work."

"Hotel is located 20 minutes drive from Malpensa airport. Costs 50 Euro to get to the hotel by taxi. Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable family room. Wonderful staff!!!"
