I was given the top floor which is on the 3rd but totally worth it with the sea view! It was walking distance to the beach and I could literally see people surfing from my balcony.
Hotel also provided laundry service which I love! They will provide a bag for you to fill it up to the brim all at a fixed price to wash, dry and even folded all nicely and return it to you :)

"Great location close to the main street in Kenting - restaurants, shops, convenience stores a couple minutes' walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value - even included breakfast everyday!
Minor downside was that it's not well staffed in case you need something, often no one at the desk in either building."

A easy 40 minutes walk or complimentary shuttle is also offered. Breakfast is served in your room, and the private balcony is the perfect place to eat it. "Great quiet spot a short walk from the main town and the night market. The villa was comfortable and the breakfast feast delicious. The staff were nice and friendly. The bedroom and breakfast area A/C worked well. The short walk to town was mostly well lit at night and well used in the weekends. The deck was great for chilling out in the evenings."
