I went there with my mother and my grandmother. My grandmother has difficulties walking, so it was crucial for the hotel to be close to the beach. This one is less than five minutes away from the beach and just next to the main street, so excellent location.
We also had full board and the food was excellent. There was always plenty of food and a great variety of dishes. They always had something traditional Bulgarian.
On the down side, the hotel is quite old and the rooms are rather small....
We started with the left foot. Management stepped up and made our stay, a wonderful one! We couldn’t be happier and more delighted. People st this property is what makes the place a wonderful one!
All good but the staff was not trained to inform all discounts on the property which could saved us unnecessary expenses but the the guest service lady diductrd all our missed discount from our final bill.
Our stay at City Boutique was 5 stars all around! The hotel itself is nicely decorated, laid out, and comfortably equipped with everything you might need or want for your stay. Our bed was very comfy, we had closet space, a mini-fridge, and a nice bathroom with a spacious shower. I was particularly happy to see that there was a fitness center here - that's partially why I booked it, and it was a very good one for a small hotel, with everything I needed to get my workouts in even on vacay....
I was in Bulgaria to meet a friend and vacation. The oMbus Hotel was recommended by her daughter as it is centrally located to the local sights The staff is great with a meticulous attention to detail, multilingual, and determined for you to enjoy your stay. The hotel itself is modern in décor and style, clean and nonsmoking. The Morning Buffet is excellent as is all the food I had from the Bistro. Well prepared and presented.

The hotel is brand new and gives you a boutique feeling. We had a trouble with the room, but they compensate us with free drinks which comforted us.
The dinner and the service was beyond good.
The breakfast wasn’t the best experience because half of the things weren’t available at 09:30 (breakfast is till 10:30), but what we had it was great taste.
The beach is 5 minutes walking and it’s fine.
The umbrellas on the beach needs to be better.
