If you have mobility problems they have no elevator you have to use stairs to get up to the rooms and in the suites we have to climb the stairs to the bedroom. Location is ideal there’s really no beach there but you can go to a nearby beach."

"For a local guest house, it is amazing. it's close enough but far enough away from town, the beaches, and anything you want to do. if you are independent and want to get your own place. it's amazing. Especially if you are an ex-pat returning to Antigua.
The place is clean, rooms are spacious. they have large water reserves and hot water. They have cable and free wifi, and lots of outlets for tech (bring your own power converter). for the price, it cant be beaten.

We chose it for the price & location being right in the middle of the island and only about 20 minutes in any direction to any of the harbors, etc. They are very kind, very clean & it's peaceful in the 'country' there. The bed was comfy but both of our backs hurt after staying in it for a couple nights, so that's why I rated comfort a 4/5 but overall I would highly recommend!"

"AC was very good the balcony was a plus with excellent view. The hotel needs an upgrade other than that the location was perfect, close to shopping, food, cruise, ships and the airport. The staff were helpful and courteous. The cleaners did a good job in the room."

"We only had one at in Antigua as we were travelling on to Monserrat so we chose to stay near the airport. We could not have chosen a better hotel. Donna arranged our transfers and a fabulous breakfast before she took us for the early flight to Monserrat. Our room at Seaview was really great - a mini apartment with a lovely terrace where we ate and took in the sea views. We look forward to returning to appreciate more of what Antigua has to offer."
