We had booked 2 apartments for 2 famies of 8 people and arrived really early due to the way our train was scheduled - check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived 9:30 am, seeing how tired we were and given our apartments aren't ready (people need to check out before they can prepare the apartments for us) the two ladies at the reception ikram and iftisum - arranged for another apartment where we can rest until our apartments are ready- I just don't take this type of amazing service for granted. what an...

BEAUTIFUL resort about 1.5 hours from Tanger airport. The amenities and spa were amazing. The entire staff was top of the line and made our family feel so welcome (including our 1 year old baby). The hotel is very clean and nice however there were construction activities in the hotel in which they should reduce their prices accordingly the construction start very early in the morning and blocks the beach access, the kids club is nice but there is no activities so you must stay with the kids!!
