"This is more of a hostel than hotel. Many younger people who enjoyed the bands and DJ and the rooftop bar and pool. Never had a room before that had earplugs on the bed in case the live music was too loud lol. Staff were great. Hotel is on a hill so there are steps and the staff made certain a carry our suitcases as we are elderly. It was a good value and we stayed there 2 times."

"A great place to stay, walkable to little shops and restaurants. The hotel has a nice patio with a beautiful view. The patio has a little pool and a restaurant, so it is nice place to just relax in the pool and sip a cocktail after exploring the town! "

I tried to contact the property at least 10 times in the weeks leading up to my reservation via phone, Expedia messages, and WhatsApp in both English and the local language and never received one reply. In the end, I had to just pay for additional lodging somewhere else. I hope I can get a refund, but no luck so far."

"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "

"Breathtaking views at rm 312. The brand new hotel is a self contained resort. 16 hectares they have buggies to take you around. They have their own house reef for snorkeling, gym, pools, spa. And the restaurants are all good. Breakfast is a feast. And you have your own butler! So if you can afford it- stay here. "

"If you’re staying in Labuan Bajo for a couple of nights this hotel is excellent. We stayed two nights as it is very close to the port where we picked up a fast boat to Komodo Island. The location is perfect and the staff go above and beyond to help you. Lovely big room and AC is excellent. Fresh water and towels and room cleaned every day. "
