I visited Athens to connect with family. This hotel was comfortable and let me bring me dog with me. All the staff were so nice, they petted my dog, and greeted us every time they saw us. The bed was super comfortable. The location was convenient.

"This is probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Athen, Georgia. It was clean, had a great breakfast, and the rooms were nice with big bathrooms. The location is close to shopping and some good chain restaurants. Everyone likes to stay in the downtown area near the college but I will definitely consider this property next time."
"The bed was so comfortable with every type of pillow you could want, I got the best night of sleep in a long time. The mocha and breakfast burrito were also stellar in the morning. Crispy potatoes and plenty of filling in the burrito and it came with a chunky salsa verde."

"It was our first time booking with Homewood Suites. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel, really nice facility good breakfast. A few things to note. The water was cold and the pressure low. It took a long time to warm up and it was luke warm at best. Secondly change the shower tub combo to a shower. The tub was high and slippery. You had to exercise caution getting in and out ."
