We travel towns in Georgia for fun a lot. Thomasville was a surprise. One of the few large towns in all Georgia with a Main Street that was not a ghost town but full of real storefront businesses. We are likely to come back.

It was a Sunday when I walked/drove the downtown historic area so everything was closed except the bagel shop which was a great place to start the drive home.
