"The Moxy Hotel Halifax has a fun vibe. Aimed at travelers looking for a different from the norm, experiential stay. The public areas, bar and restaurant are the highlight of this property. The rooms are dormitory style, which seems intentionally aimed at a younger millennial, gen z crowd. Yet there are minimal modern touches in the rooms such as usb outlets and dimmer switches for lighting, etc. The entry level room is also void of surfaces, save the little desktop that folds down. Overall, these missing conveniences are minor and shouldn't ruin a short stay. Would reccomend for adventurous travellers of a younger demographic lookimg for somthing a little different than the cookie cutter Hamptons and Residence Inns of the world. "

"Our stay was very good, centrally located to pretty much everything, beds were comfortable and clean. My only issue is that I asked on Saturday what was going to be for breakfast on Sunday because I hate sausages which they had on Saturday, I was told it was going to be ham and I was extremely disappointed when I went for breakfast and it was sausages again. "
