My room was the only room on the 3rd floor that didn’t have a room number on it...that really bothered me. The remote control didn’t work when we first got to the room. I walked down to the front desk to get them to replace the batteries...that was the problem. The LAN phone receiver cord kept coming out when trying to call the front desk. "Room and hotel in general needs updating. Carpet had a hole in it. Desk chair was stained. Transition between carpet and kitchen floor was loose. Bathroom fan had dust or mold clogging it. Plaster near tub damaged by water. Room rate was cheap and you could see why. Bed was comfortable though. Was fine for one night stay while in town for hockey game and museum visit."
