The facilities are amazingly beautiful! The 16 story atrium is impressive.
The pool area is gorgeous with terraced lounge chair levels, so everyone gets a clear view of the pool with waterfalls and a grotto.
Most importantly… the food! The kitchen staff is unbelievable! The food is five ***** star quality. All breads, pastries, & desserts are baked and made fresh everyday!...

"Our family stay was nice and comfortable. We had issues with parking (free parking was full constantly and in the nearby areas it was very busy during the weekend.
Some noisy guests were shouting in the pool area late at night. Calling reception didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was nice, coffee needs some improvement."

"Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch and jaw dropping, the food was non stop and beyond this world you literally get a food coma after each meal, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far! Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable! Super Kids friendly and Adult friendly as well. Can't describe how amazing this place truly...
