The room I was given had a hole worn in the carpet, a torn curtain, and generally looked like it had not been updated in about 10-15 years. The room was great, and the view from our 4th floor window was a real treat. If you're in Provo, make sure you go see Bridal Veil Falls. "

"This place is a hidden gem...I am normally hyper critical about places, but this place was incredible. Not fancy, which it does not try to be. From the minute we arrived till the second we left. The most helpful and friendly staff I have ever encountered and I travel quite allot. Amenities are well kept and available for use extended hours so you can actually enjoy them...but again, can't say enough about the staff. We come up here quite often, this is my new Go-To!!"
