Anirban , Sangita at reception did early checkin for me which helped me after coming from a long trip from US. The restaurant staff also stood out and Manju was very good in followup "

"Nice clean property. The breakfast & dinner were great …… the head chef Kamal served fantastic sizzler. The spa experience was lovely as well ….. Nisha & Shruti offered great service.
All in all, a worthwhile experience."

"Spacious room but it’s stinking the carpet we’re dusty , dirty of lobby and corridor area , mosquitoes in room , bathroom fitting were not maintained rusted. "

Bathrooms didn’t have curtains.
Towels were not given in good number.
The bed sheet, pillows and all are very old and so don’t look real white.
The flooring laminations are slowly coming loose.
Room service would sometimes respond very late.
All the traffic noise is so audible n inside the room disturbing my work calls.
Overall I am not satisfied. "
