With reception being 24hours, it was easy to check in within minutes on my late arrival and it was quick to check out in the morning during my check out. I was able to store my luggage also whilst being able to explore Istanbul during my transit time in Turkey. the staff (Sami and Ismail) were very hospitable. "It was overall good experience to stay, the location is spurb, just less than a minute to Tram station, tourist vibe, Grand bazar, restaurant are nearby, once you're on the road by the tram line you reach Macdonald, or burger king in 5 minutes, Breakfast was included in our package but couldn't try it because stayed with kids and was lazy to wake up early - Room was clean and cosy , with facilities, you can make coffee tea or can grab drink from the small fridge with full stake of - free...

"It’s a basic hotel, but it is a COMPLETE hotel less than 5mins walk to the Grand Bazaar, Beyazit area and T1 tram line which connects to alot of attractions. Lotsa of delicious eateries nearby. Ayasofya is just 2 stops away. I was a solo traveler but the hotel is very safe with a night guard and reception always on duty. And the heater keeps you warm on cold nights, the shower is nice and hot. And the breakfast is home-made by a kind lady in the kitchen. And house-keeping always keeps your room...
