I didn’t like the way they managed our situation even though I mentioned this is my 30th anniversary and try to make fine for us. This issue really bothered us. "

"Lovely hotel, staff and grounds, pool area very relaxing. Location is great for the beach but uphill all the way back so ideally you need to be abled bodied as lots of steps to rooms but hotel offers a shuttle bus 24/7."
